Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs, hardboiled,diced
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp. Flour
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp. Capers
- 2 tsp. Sweet Pickles, diced
- 1/8 tsp. Salt

Smoked Salmon

Recipe Preparation:
In a small sauce pan melt butter. Remove from heat. Add
flour to milk and wisk together. Add milk mixture to butter
and stir. Cook over low heat until sauce thickens. Stir
in eggs, capers and pickles. Lightly stir. Serve over
poached salmon fillets or hot smoked salmon.
