Halibut Sandwich Spread Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups Wild Halibut, cooked/flaked
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced
- 1/3 cup Celery, diced
- 1-2 Loaves Bread, white/wheat
Optional Ingredients: Avocado/Cucumbers

Recipe Preparation:
Mix all ingredients (reserve 1/2 of cheese for later
use) together using a two quart serving bowl. Place mixture
in refrigeration for 2 hours. Remove crust from bread
and slice into triangles, place 2-3 tbsp. of mixture on
bread and cover with a light sprinkling of cheeses. Broil
for 30-45 seconds (or until cheese browns lightly) then
remove from oven, serve warm. |
