Shrimp Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. Side Stripe Shrimp, cooked
- 3 cups White Rice, cold/cooked
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1/2 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
- 4 Green Onions, sliced
- 2 Eggs
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Oil
- 2 tsp. Curry Powder (to taste)
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper

| Recipe Preparation:
Use a large skillet to brown minced garlic in hot oil;
remove and discard garlic. In a small bowl mix eggs, curry
powder, salt and pepper. Add cold rice to hot oil; stir
well and cook for 2 minutes. Pour egg mixture over rice,
stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and peas
to rice and cook until heated thoroughly. Garnish rice
with sliced green onions and chopped peanuts. |
