Smoked Salmon & Noodles Recipe
- 4 oz. Ed's Smoked Salmon
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups Cooked Pasta
- 2 tbsp. Chives, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/8 tsp. White Pepper
- Salt to taste
Use a small saucepan to slowly heat milk and cream cheese.
Once the sauce becomes smooth add sour cream, pepper,
salt, smoked salmon (crumbled/flaked) and 1 tbsp. of the
chives. Mix well, remove from heat and serve sauce over
cooked pasta noodles. Sprinkle remaining chives over top
of each serving as garnish. Serves two.
