Crab Curry Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 whole Dungeness Crab, cooked, cleaned
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, chunked
- 1/4 lb. Pork, boneless,chopped,cooked
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 4 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dry Sherry

Recipe Preparation:
Start by preparing the cooking sauce: Stir together 3/4
cup chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and sherry; set
a side.
Sprinkle salt, sugar and curry powder over pork, mix
well and set a side. Cut crab body into quarters, leaving
legs and claws whole; set a side. Heat a medium sized
wok to high heat. Once wok is hot add oil; once oil is
warmed add garlic and stir once. Add in pork and stir
and cook for about 2 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper
and stir for another minute. Add crab meat and continue
stirring for 3 minutes. Pour cooking sauce into wok and
stir until it boils and thickens. Add eggs and stir until
egg is set. Serve. |
