Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 can. Minced Clams (save juice)
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp.
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. White Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder

Recipe Preparation:
In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients (1/4 cup
of reserved clam juice) and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate
for 1 hour prior to serving. Serve with crackers/chips
or fresh vegetables. |
