| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 pt. Clams, minced
- 1 1/2 cups Rice, cooked
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Onion, minced
- 1 pkg. Frozen Peas
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp. Celery, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Paprika
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Smoked Salmon

| Recipe Preparation:
In a medium saucepan combine soup, milk, soy sauce, onion
and celery and bring to a boil. Lightly grease a 2 qt.
baking dish and pour in 1/2 of sauce. Add clams, peas
and rice in layers and cover with remaining sauce. Season
with salt, pepper and paprika and top with shredded cheddar.
Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 400
degree oven. |
