Baked Scallops |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups Scallops, sliced
- 10 1/2 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups Fresh Mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 cup American Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Recipe Preparation:
Melt butter in saucepan; saute' mushrooms and onions
until lightly browned. Add scallops; cook for 10 minutes
then drain. Place scallops and mushrooms in 10 x 6 inch
buttered baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients
except cheese; blend until smooth. Pour mixture over scallops;
top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
