Nuggets Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups Canned Salmon,boneless/skinless
- 2 cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Mashed Potatoes
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3/4 lb. Sharp Cheddar cheese, 1/2" cubes
- 2 tbsp. Celery, minced
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 tsp. Seasoning Salt
- 1/3 tsp. Pepper, ground

Recipe Preparation:
In a large bowl mix well the canned wild salmon and mashed
potatoes. In a sauce pan saute' the celery and onion in
butter until tender then add to potato mixture. Add seasonings
and shape mixture into small balls. Insert a cube of cheese
into center of potato ball and reform around cheese maintaining
the ball shape. Now roll in seasoned bread crumbs and
deep fry at 375 degrees for for about 2 minutes. |
