Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 bls. Caribou Steak
- 1 cup Flour
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Pinch Garlic Powder
- 1 Onion, medium size
- 1-2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

Recipe Preparation:
Heat a skillet with a dab of oil for frying. Dip steaks
in flour and lay into skillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper
and garlic powder as desired. Brown until almost done.
Slice onion over caribou. Add 1-2 cans of mushroom soup
and a bit of water. Bake, at 350 degree oven for 1 hour
or until fork tender. |
