Caribou Meatballs |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Caribou, ground
- 10 1/2 oz. can Tomato Soup
- 2/3 cup Brown rice, quick cook, uncooked
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Water
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Allspice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt

Recipe Preparation:
In a medium size bowl mix themeat, rice, onion, garlic,
allspice and salt. Blend well and shape into balls. In
a cast iron skillet mix together the soup, water and worcestershire
sauce and bring to a boil. Lay the meatballs in the soup
mixture, cover and cook for 45 minutes over a medium heat.
Serve warm. |
