Salmon Curry Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 can Ed's Canned Salmon
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Apple, tart, peeled, minced
- 3 tbsp. White Wine
- 2 tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp. Onion minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Recipe Preparation:
Heat oil, add onion and garlic, fry until lightly browned
then remove garlic and onion from skillet and discard.
Add apple to oil and fry for 2 minutes. In a small bowl
combine tomato sauce, ketchup, curry powder, salt and
pepper, stir well. Pour mixture over apples; bring to
a boil. Add salmon and wine; cook for 2 minutes serve
over warm rice. |
