Halibut Fillets Recipes |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb Halibut
- 1 1/4 Tsp. cajun spice
- 3/4 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Lemon wedge
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Recipe Preparation:
Preheat broiler. Lay fillet on a lined (with foil) broiling
pan. Mix paprika and cajun spice together and sprinkle
heavily on fillet. Broil for 5-6 minutes or until done
(Halibut should flake easily with fork and be opaque in
color.). Garnish with lemon wedge and serve. Makes 2 servings. |
