Stuffed Shrimp |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 36 Large Shrimp
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/4 cup Cracker Crumbs
- 4 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Green Pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Crabmeat, cooked
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Seafood Salt
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper

| Recipe Preparation:
Shell and devein the shrimp but leave the tails intact.
Slit the shrimp down the back, but do not cut in two.
Refrigerate shrimp. Stuffing: Melt the
butter in a skillet and saute the vegetables over low
heat for 10 minutes. Add the flour and cream, stirring
continuously until thick. Add cracker crumbs, crab meat,
Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
To stuff the shrimp put 2 shrimp together back to back
with some of the stuffing in between. Press them together
and join each stuffed shrimp with a toothpick. Chill.

that recipe. When ready to serve, place shrimp on
a shallow pan, brush lightly with the BBQ sauce and broil
2" from heat for about 5 minutes. Serve. |
