Barbeque Sauce |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Canned Tomatoes
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 cup Green Pepper, diced
- 3/4 cup Celery, diced
- 2 cups Beef Stock
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- Tabasco Sauce to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Smoked Salmon

Recipe Preparation:
In a large skillet brown onion in butter. Add remaining
ingredients and bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and
simmer for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Serve with grilled salmon.
