Baked Hominy & Smoked Salmon Casserole

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 6 oz of Ed's Smoked Salmon
  • 2 cans White Hominey, drained
  • 12 oz. American Cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 Slices Bacon, cooked/crumbled
  • 1/2 small Onion, diced
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/8 tsp. White Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasonings

Recipe Preparation:

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; mix well. Spread mixture into a lightly greased two quart baking dish. Bake casserole in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or top lightly browns. Allow to stand before serving to thicken.
