Hominy & Smoked Salmon Casserole |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 6 oz of Ed's Smoked Salmon
- 2 cans White Hominey, drained
- 12 oz. American Cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3 Slices Bacon, cooked/crumbled
- 1/2 small Onion, diced
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp. White Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasonings

| Recipe Preparation:
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl; mix
well. Spread mixture into a lightly greased two quart
baking dish. Bake casserole in a preheated 350 degree
oven for 40 minutes or top lightly browns. Allow to stand
before serving to thicken. |
