Crab Dip Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. King Crab Meat, cooked
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 16 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, fine chopped
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 small can Black Olives

Recipe Preparation:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Place cream
cheese and wine in a medium sized saucepan, cook on low
heat until it becomes creamy. Remove from heat and allow
to cool slightly. Fold in mayonnaise, egg whites, artichokes
and crab meat. Pour mixture into a lightly sprayed glass
baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Garnish with olives,
serve with crackers. |
