Bairdi Snow Crab Roller-Uppers |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 cup Onions, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1/2 lb. Bairdi Snow Crab meat
- 2 lbs Halibut Fillets
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 tsp Butter
- 4 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella, shredded
- Pinch of Paprika

| Recipe Preparation:
Combine mushrooms, bread crumbs, onions, garlic powder,
parsley and crab. Spread mixture on fillets. Roll up fillets
tightly and secure with a wooden toothpick. Bake for 15
minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered. In a saucepan combine
wine, butter, soup, salt & pepper. Pour soup mixture
over roll-ups. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top and
lightly sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for an additional
20 minutes (or until halibut is thoroughly cooked). |
