Crab Dip Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 6-8 oz. Dungeness Crab Meat
- 2 cups Avocado, cleaned, diced
- 3-4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Carrots, shredded fine
- 2 tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Onion, minced
- 3 tbsp. Red Pepper, minced
- 1/2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Horseradish Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Recipe Preparation:
Add avocado, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic,
horseradish, salt and pepper to a blender or food processor
and blend well. Pour mixture into a bowl then add red
pepper, carrot, onion and italian seasoning; Stir well.
Fold in crab meat and chill. Serve as a dip or spread
with crackers and chips (also great on sandwiches!). Black
olives (sliced or minced) are a great addition to this
dip recipe, use them as a garnish or mix into the dip.
