Spiced Halibut Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 8-12 oz. Halibut Fillets
- 1 Green Onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Apple Jelly
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Allspice
- 3 tbsp. Almonds, Sliced/slivers
- 2 tbsp. Butter

Recipe Preparation:
Cut halibut into serving size portions. Heat apple jelly
in a small saucepan, add lemon juice and allspice; stir.
Brush glaze over halibut pieces and place in a lightly
greased baking dish. Pour any remaining glaze over top
of fillets. Add butter to dish. Sprinkle green onion and
almonds over fillets. Cover and bake in a preheated 325
degree oven (10 minutes for every 1 inch of thickness).
Periodically spoon glaze over fillets during baking. |
