Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 9 tbsp Butter
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 lb. Large Shrimp, peeled/deveined
- 3/4 cup Fresh/Frozen Peas
- 12 oz. dried Fettuccine
- 8 oz. Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup Black Olives, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped

| Recipe Preparation:
Melt 3 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add shrimp and saute
on each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until pink. Set aside.
Steam or boil peas for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
While preparing sauce, cook fettuccine, drain and set
aside. Sauce: Melt remaining butter in
a skillet over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and whisk
in cream, parmesan cheese and pepper. Add shrimp, peas,
olives and basil. Stir well and mix with fettuccine. Serve
immediately. |
