    Alaskan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

    Recipe Ingredients:

    • 9 tbsp Butter
    • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
    • 1 lb. Large Shrimp, peeled/deveined
    • 3/4 cup Fresh/Frozen Peas
    • 12 oz. dried Fettuccine
    • 8 oz. Heavy Cream
    • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    • 1/4 tsp Pepper
    • 1/2 cup Black Olives, chopped
    • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped

    Recipe Preparation:

    Melt 3 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add shrimp and saute on each side for 2 to 3 minutes or until pink. Set aside. Steam or boil peas for 3 minutes, drain and set aside. While preparing sauce, cook fettuccine, drain and set aside. Sauce: Melt remaining butter in a skillet over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and whisk in cream, parmesan cheese and pepper. Add shrimp, peas, olives and basil. Stir well and mix with fettuccine. Serve immediately.
