Shrimp Picante Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Peeled shrimp, cleaned, raw
- 2-3 cups Long Grain Wild Rice, cooked
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 can Chicken Broth, 16 oz.
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Parsley
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice

Recipe Preparation:
Melt butter in fry pan, add garlic, parsley, lemon juice
and sauté. Add chicken broth. Dip shrimp in flour
to coat. Add shrimp to pan and simmer until shrimp is
done, about five minutes till gravy is thick. Serve over
long grain and wild rice. Serves 4. |
