Poached Halibut Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 Halibut Fillets
- 4 lemon slices
- 1/4 cup Chicken Broth or Dry White Wine
- 4 Dill Weed, sprigs
- 1/4 tsp. Salt

| Recipe Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450. Using an 2 quart ungreased baking
dish place fillets evenly. Sprinkle with salt. Lay a dill
sprig and lemon slice on each fillet. Pour chicken broth
over fillets. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes until fish
flakes evenly with fork. |
