King Crab Lasagna Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. King Crab Meat
- 2 cans Tomato Sauce, small
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. Lasagna Noodles
- 2 cups Medium Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano

| Recipe Preparation:
Melt butter. Sauté onion, mushrooms and garlic
until golden. Stir in tomato sauce, parsley, dill weed,
oregano, basil and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add crab.
Cook lasagna in boiling water with salt approximately
15 minutes, or until tender yet chewy. Drain and layer
½ in large oblong baking dish. Add half of crab
sauce. Spread ½ sour cream over crab sauce, sprinkle
with ½ cheeses, and repeat layers of lasagna, crab
sauce, sour cream and cheeses. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes,
let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 8-10 servings.
