Salmon Potato Balls Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 oz. King Salmon, cooked
- 2 Eggs, mixed
- 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
- 1 tsp. Parsley, minced
- 1 tsp. Chives or Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup flour or as needed
- Vegetable oil for frying

Recipe Preparation:
Flake the King Salmon in to a bowl
and mix with potatoes, eggs (already beat), onion, parsley,
salt and pepper. Form mixture into small balls. Mix Italian
seasonings with flour then dredge balls in seasoned flour.
Deep fry balls in hot vegetable oil for (depends on size)
3-4 minutes (or can be baked in an oven at 375 degrees)
or until golden brown. Serve hot. |
