Crab and
Artichoke Bake Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups Milk, skim
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Dungeness Crab Meat
- 9 oz. Artichoke Hearts
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Mustard, dry
- 1 Chicken Bouillon, cube

| Recipe Preparation:
Gradually stir milk into flour in 2-qt saucepan. Stir
in bouillon cube, mustard and pepper. Heat to boiling,
stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from
heat. Stir in ½ cup of the cheese until melted.
Add artichokes and crabmeat. Pour mixture into ungreased
1 ½ qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining
½ cup cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes,
uncovered. |
