Crab and Artichoke Bake Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Milk, skim
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Dungeness Crab Meat
  • 9 oz. Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Mustard, dry
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon, cube

Recipe Preparation:

Gradually stir milk into flour in 2-qt saucepan. Stir in bouillon cube, mustard and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in ½ cup of the cheese until melted. Add artichokes and crabmeat. Pour mixture into ungreased 1 ½ qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, uncovered.
