Salad Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 Pint clams
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Cup potatoes, diced/cooked
- 1 Cup celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/4 Tsp. parsley
- 1/4 Tsp. Thyme
- Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3-4 slices bacon, cooked/chopped

Recipe Preparation:
Drain clams and fry in butter until the edges begin to
curl and the soft parts of the meat become firm. Combine
remaining ingredients in a bowl and chill for 45 minutes
in a refrigerator. Serve mixture on top of lettuce leaves.
Makes 6 servings. |
