Lemon Shrimp Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Peeled shrimp, cleaned, raw, frozen
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 8 Basil Leaves, crushed
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tsp. Fennel Seeds, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper

| Recipe Preparation:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Heat a small shallow roasting
pan in the oven until hot, about 5 min. Meanwhile, combine
the shrimp, garlic, oil, lemon zest, fennel seeds, salt
and pepper in a bowl. Carefully spread the shrimp mixture
on the hot pan. Roast until the shrimp are just opaque
in the center, 6-7 minutes. Sprinkle the shrimp with the
basil and serve at once. Makes about 4 servings. |
