I just have to say……I was very, very pleased
with the salmon you shipped. I live in Kansas, and it’s
very hard to get ocean fresh fish here. I was most impressed
by the care that was taken to pack and ship the filets. In
this day and age, most vendors try to “get it there
with minimal cost”. You guys actually packed it in a
cooler with ice packs, taped it, vacuum sealed each package,
and put a ‘how to guide’ with it, etc. When it
got here, it was still frozen. When I thawed and cooked it,
it was the best salmon I ever had….and I am the critic’s
