19. What do I do with my fish after
I arrive home?
Place it in a freezer as soon as possible.
If there is some thawing present, don’t be concerned unless
the product is completely thawed and warm to the touch. If it
is partially thawed, just refreeze it and it will be fine. Consume
any vacuum packages that have lost their seal due to rough handling
by either the airlines or Fed Ex first. The vacuum sealed packages
are very fragile and should be handled with care. Cold plastic
is very brittle!!
