16. What kind of processes do you
offer?
a. You can have your fish
just vacuum sealed which takes us 1 hour or less.
b. Vacuum sealed and frozen which takes us 12
hours to return to you?
c. We can fillet, vacuum seal and freeze it during
12 hours period.
d. We can just freeze it for you during 4-5 hours
period.
e. We can hot smoke it for you which takes 4
days to return to you. You have three choices of flavors, Traditional,
Lemon Pepper, and Cajun.
f. You can have salmon made into Lox which takes
us 5 days to return to you.
g. We can steak fish for you but we don’t
recommend it as the bones tend to puncture the vacuum bags. We
don’t guarantee any steaks that are vacuum sealed.
h. We can fillet it, vacuum seal it and then
fresh pack it, so you can take it with you. This takes about 1
hour.
