1. Is frozen seafood
as good as fresh?
Yes! Frozen seafood is probably fresher
than fresh for the simple reason that most fresh seafood takes
days to be transported to the market and then you have no idea
how long the product has been displayed. Frozen products that
have been in a frozen state since they were first processed and
stored properly will keep their quality until they are thawed.
