How do I place an order?


There are several options for placing orders. You can submit your information to us via our online store, email (do not include any billing information, we will contact you for payment information), mail, fax (do not include any billing information, we will contact you for payment information) or phone.

How long before my order is shipped from the time I place it?

Can I place a custom cut order?

 

Yes. During the months of June, July & August we are able to accept custom cut orders for 20 lbs. of product or more. There is an additional charge of $1.00 per pound (to cover the additional handling and packaging materials) to the standard price of the item you are ordering. This includes ordering smaller portions, custom smoking processes, specialty cuts etc. and is subject to availability of fresh fish.

 

Is my personal information safe?

 

Protecting customer information is our company's priority. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address information. When placing your order you will see a closed paddle lock or an unbroken key, depending on your browser type. The presence of either of these two icons is assurance that the SSL is active and that your personal information is secured. If you still are not assured just give us a call at: 800-982-2377 and place your order over the telephone.

 

Can I include a gift message?

 

Yes. Any message included in the "special message" box, located on the check-out page of our online store, will post the message to the packing sheet of your shipment.

 

Why does the shopping cart clear my items?

 

This most often happens when you navigate away from the check-out page of our online store. This can happen from using the back buttons on your browser window or any button other than "continue" on the check-out page.

 

Who am I buying my salmon and seafood from?

 

Ed’s Kasilof Seafood’s is a family owned and operated gourmet Seafood Company. We have been buying wild Alaskan salmon and processing gourmet seafood since 1970. Our facilities are inspected and approved by the State of Alaska, FDA and is HAACP compliant. Our main seafood processing plant is located in Kasilof, Alaska, adjacent to the Kasilof River and the Sockeye salmon fishing grounds of Cook Inlet. All of our wild Alaska salmon and gourmet seafood is harvested in a responsible sustainable manner.

 

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

 

We consider "large orders" to be in excess of 1,000 lbs. For quotes on large orders please contact our office. Retail orders are not eligible for volume discounts.

 

What is your guarantee?

 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products; therefore for any reason(other than acts of god that are beyond our control during shipment) that your not completely satisfied we will either replace or we offer a full Money Back Guarantee for all of our products. During the month of December (12/18 through 12/26) we cannot guarantee timely delivery of your shipment due the heavy volume of shipments that Federal Express is experiences. There will be no refunds of shipping charges or product refunds during this time period.
