| How
long do I cook my fish for? |
|
A good rule of thumb is to cook your fish at 350 degrees
for 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness or until the meat
turns from a translucent to opaque and flakes easily with
a fork. Do not over cook your fish and be sure to cover
your baking dish if you bake it in your oven.

| Do
I need to cook my crab? |
|
No. All of our crab (King, Dungeness & Snow crab) comes
pre-cooked. You need only to defrost to serve chilled or
steam to temperature for serving warm.
|
| Is
smoked salmon and nova lox cooked? |
|
Yes. Our kippered smoked salmon (hot smoke) is fully cooked
and ready to eat out of the package. Nova lox is cold smoked
and ready to eat out of the package. Further cooking of
either product, in pastas, soups or other recipes, will
only enhance your culinary experience.
